3.2 Single Account Policy

Only one account per user is permitted. If the same person operates multiple accounts, it will be considered a rule violation and all accounts will be closed. All bonuses and winnings earned through multiple accounts will be forfeited.

If any of your personal details change (such as phone number, email address, or bank account), please notify tkk33 as soon as possible. tkk33 is not responsible for any complications arising from outdated or incorrect information.

5.2 Limits & Timeframes

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (for each method)

5.3 Deposit Validity

Before requesting a withdrawal, ensure that all applicable wagering requirements on your account have been met. Withdrawing while an active bonus is in place may result in the bonus being cancelled.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

A 200% bonus up to ৳20,000 is available on the first deposit at tkk33. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus — making the total balance ৳3,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x, calculated on the bonus amount only (not on the deposit amount). Example: receiving a ৳2,000 bonus requires a total of ৳50,000 in bets before withdrawal.

6.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has a specific validity period; once it expires, the bonus is automatically cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless specifically stated.
• There may be restrictions on playing certain games with bonus funds.
• tkk33 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if abuse or fraudulent use is suspected.
• Bonuses can only be activated by depositing real money.

6.4 VIP Program

tkk33's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback goes up to 0.4% at the Bronze tier, 0.8% at Silver, and 1.2% at Gold. Higher tiers can be reached through regular gaming activity.

Various types of games are available on the tkk33 platform. Each game has its own rules and you should understand them well before starting to play.

• All games are run in accordance with fair play principles.
• If a game result is affected by a technical error, it will be settled according to the technical records.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tkk33 platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in account closure, forfeiture of funds, and legal action.

• Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive activities.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play games.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Collecting bonuses from multiple accounts within the same household or family.
• Attempting to damage the platform's systems.
• Harassing or misleading other players.

tkk33 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account for any reason and at any time, particularly in the following cases:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If there is no activity on the account for an extended period (generally 6 months or more).
• If a request for identity verification goes unanswered.
• At the direction of law enforcement agencies.
• When required to protect financial security.

9.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing your account, ensure that all active bets have been settled and any available balance has been withdrawn.

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or network issues.
